Instructional Support & Leadership: Provide guidance and support to LEAs in the implementation of state standards and best practices in elementary mathematics instruction. Assist districts in aligning curriculum, instruction, and assessment to improve student outcomes. Support the development and implementation of effective instructional strategies for diverse learners, including special populations. Professional Development: Design, coordinate, and deliver high-quality professional learning opportunities for teachers, instructional coaches, and administrators. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and learning communities focused on elementary math content, pedagogy, and assessment practices. Develop and curate instructional resources aligned with current research and state standards. Technical Assistance to LEAs: Provide on-site and virtual technical assistance to districts based on identified needs, including campus improvement plans and performance data. Support LEAs in analyzing student performance data to inform instructional decisions and interventions. Assist with implementation of state and federal programs related to mathematics education.
