Primary Purpose Provide direct instructional support and language development services to emergent bilingual students in grades Pre-K–5 through push-in, pull-out, co-teaching, and consultation models as determined by student needs and district programming. Support student growth in English language acquisition while ensuring access to grade-level curriculum through aligned instructional practices.
