• Collaborate with the Administrative Services team to deliver training and technical assistance to Region 15 Local Education Agencies (LEAs).
• Design and facilitate professional development aligned with Texas Education Agency (TEA) initiatives, including the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA), Texas Instructional Leadership (TIL), and educator appraisal systems.
• Support LEAs in the development, refinement, and submission of local designation system applications for TIA, including assistance with system design, data collection, and ongoing evaluation.
• Partner with district and campus leadership to promote and monitor high standards of excellence for students, teachers, staff, and stakeholders.
• Maintain current knowledge of state and federal accountability requirements; provide relevant training and technical assistance based on updates and changes.
• Analyze and interpret state, regional, and local performance data to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement in districts.
• Assist with the collection, analysis, and reporting of performance data to evaluate district progress and program effectiveness.
• Identify areas for growth through data analysis and research; recommend and support the implementation of evidence-based practices to drive positive change in LEAs.
• Provide training and support for districts in the continuous improvement process, including data analysis, needs assessment, strategic planning, and progress monitoring.
• Establish and maintain consistent communication with LEAs to:
o Ensure timely dissemination of information related to state and federal programs;
o Share innovative, research-based practices;
o Provide technical assistance in all aspects of school leadership and principal support.
• Serve on or lead Region 15 teams involved in collaborative initiatives with other Education Service Centers (ESCs) and partner agencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Administrative Services and Federal Programs and/or the Executive Director.
